OUR APPROACH

The essence of a family's strength lies in every member feeling genuinely seen, accepted, and unconditionally supported

In our family therapy sessions, we cultivate an atmosphere of warmth, understanding, and collaboration, where every member feels valued and heard. We recognize that each family is unique, and our approach is tailored to honor the diverse dynamics and needs present within. With empathy, humor, and practical guidance, we guide families through challenges, strengthen communication, and foster deeper connections. Our goal is to create a safe space where families can explore their strengths, address conflicts, and embark on a journey of healing and growth together.

  • Choosing a therapist is kind of like dating. Sometimes, you need to test the waters with a few before finding the right match! Our online selection tool makes it easy to narrow down based on availability, preferred session type, affordability, specialties, and more. Plus, don't forget you can book a free 15-minute consult with any of our team members to see if they're someone you vibe with!

  • Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to offer crisis intervention in emergency mental health situations. For immediate care, please call or text the Distress Centre at 403-266-4357 (open 24/7) or contact your local crisis line.

  • Absolutely… and in some cases, we would recommend it! People often choose to have one therapist for individual sessions and another for couples or family work. Further, you can see our Path and Purpose Coach and consent to have the information shared with your therapist for continuity of care!
