In light of the busy season, we'd like to offer some friendly reminders and essential information to ensure a smooth and enriching experience with us.
1. Booking Therapy Sessions in Advance:
We understand that life can be hectic, and maintaining a consistent therapy schedule is essential. To help you plan and secure your preferred appointment times, we encourage you to book up to five sessions in advance. This not only guarantees your place on our schedule but also offers you the convenience of choosing times that work best for you.
2. Our No-Show and Late Cancellation Policies:
With the increased demand during this season, it's vital to respect everyone's time. Please remember our no-show and late cancellation policies:
No-Show Policy: If you cannot make it to your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. If you are unable to notify us, you will be subject to the full charge of the session for the missed appointment.
Late Cancellation Policy: We appreciate a 24-hour notice for cancellations to prevent any charges. By adhering to these policies, you help us maintain an efficient schedule and ensure that others can receive the support they need promptly. If you cancel your scheduled session with less than 24 hours, you will be subject to be charged 50% of the session cost.
We appreciate your understanding that as we head into our season with the highest demand, we are respectful of everyone’s time.
