Podcast Episode 10: The Truth Doctor, Dr. Courtney Tracy

Allegra realizes her professional dream of talking to popular US-based psychotherapist, Dr. Courtney Tracy, also known as the Truth Doctor.

Dr. Courtney shares the journey that inspired her to become one of the first psychotherapists to give permission for people to be themselves in a therapeutic setting, and in doing so, unknowingly inspired Allegra and Kindred Roots Therapy.

She discusses her personal struggles with addiction, borderline personality disorder, and a late diagnosis of autism and how they made her realize that there is nothing wrong with anyone; we all just have something to learn.

There’s lot to learn in this episode, of Unfiltered Therapists from Kindred Roots Therapy. Listen and share the episode or read the transcript below.
